| We can perform conventional telemarketing surveys, or through the use of carefully-designed forms turn your website into a customer profile and information gathering machine. For example, output can be emailed to pre-directed addresses with subject-specific headers and data placed in ordered fields for automatic insertion into a database for future sorting and retrieval. This effectively provides automated surveys without the need for costly manual data input. Importantly, all work is carefully designed to produce maximum results. |

| We plan the project with you, gathering and discussing objectives, concerns, and ideas, including an estimated price. We design and produce a proposed website and place it on the Web for review. You review it and submit changes that we then develop and incorporate. This process continues until you are completely satisfied. The finished product is then delivered at either a flat fee or per-page price, as determined prior to the job. Modifications required after acceptance are charged on a per-change basis, unless otherwise specified. We also provide a la carte services such as search engine submission and visibility enhancement.
